EDIP ELECTRONICS LTD. DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement has been prepared between Edip Electronics Ltd. (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”) who purchases products or services online through the website www.edipelectronics.com. By approving this Agreement, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions stated below.

Article 1 - Seller Information

Article 2 - Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the qualifications and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller’s website, www.edipelectronics.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Article 3 - Product Information

The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and confirmed electronically all preliminary information regarding the main features of the product or products subject to this Agreement, their sales price, payment method, and delivery terms.

Article 4 - Delivery Information

The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form and to the authorized person(s) indicated.

Article 5 - Data Privacy and Security

The information provided by the Buyer within the scope of this Agreement will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from this Agreement.

Article 6 - Jurisdiction in Case of Disputes

In case of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

Article 7 - Validity and Right of Amendment

By placing an order through www.edipfitnessstore.com, the Buyer accepts all terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms stated in the Agreement at any time.
